Online Registration
We are accepting registrations for a limited number of spaces. Note that String Project is in high demand. We usually have a waitlist of students who desire to join the program. An opening in String Project is a coveted place and your total commitment and weekly participation is expected to continue in the program.
Please carefully read carefully before beginning.
- Complete the brief Qualtrics Online Registration (clicking here opens a new tab at the UA Qualtrics website).
- You can bring the tuition check to the first day of classes.
Tips for completing the PDF Minors Policy Forms:
The Qualtrics Registration Page requires you to fill out a simple online form and to also download, sign, then upload a PDF. This PDF uses fillable text fields. You can complete these forms on a device, then save the completed form as a PDF. Please make sure your new PDF has saved all the completed information. If you are having difficulties, you can also print the documents, fill it out by hand, then scan the forms or use a smartphone application (such as CamScanner) to use the phone’s camera to create a PDF.
